Sparta Wellness Clinic opened in November 2023. Shawn and Naomi Kramer built it because Naomi had spent 22 years watching what good healthcare looks like, and she knew their community deserved more of it.
Naomi is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background that includes years in cardiac care. When she and Shawn chose Caddo Mills, the plan was straightforward: bring that level of medicine somewhere it wasn’t already available.
Sparta now serves patients across Hunt, Rockwall, and Collin counties, handling primary and urgent care, PRP joint injections, hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, peptide therapy, and IV infusions. Some patients drive 90 minutes one way. They come because they trust Naomi and haven’t found a reason to trust anyone closer.
