Shawn Kramer co-founded Sparta Wellness Clinic with his wife Naomi in November 2023. He handles the business and operational side of the practice, which in a growing independent clinic means wearing a lot of hats.
Before Sparta, Shawn worked in business and served as a Chaplain, which lines up with how the clinic approaches patient care. The faith-driven, whole-person philosophy isn’t just a tagline here. It reflects how Shawn and Naomi think about health.
His day-to-day focus is making sure the clinic runs well enough that Naomi and the providers can focus on patients. When patients ask who to talk to about scheduling, billing, or how the practice works, that’s usually Shawn.
