Frequently Asked Questions
From insurance and pricing to what happens during your appointment, find quick answers to the questions our patients ask most.
Insurance, Pricing & Payment
Yes. Sparta Wellness Clinic accepts most forms of insurance. Coverage and copays vary by plan, so we recommend calling your provider or contacting our office at (903) 527-9055 to confirm your specific benefits before your visit.
You're welcome here. Sparta operates on a cash-pay model, which means you can see a provider without insurance at straightforward, flat rates. An initial visit is $125, and follow-up visits are $99. No surprise bills, no hidden fees.
Many patients find that paying out of pocket is simpler and more affordable than dealing with high deductibles, copays, and claim denials. Cash-pay pricing is posted upfront, so you know exactly what you owe before you walk through the door.
We are currently developing a monthly membership program designed for individuals and families. Contact us for the latest details on availability and pricing.

Services
Sparta is a full-service medical clinic. We provide primary care, urgent care, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) joint injections, hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, peptide therapy, IV infusions, neurotoxin injectables, trigger point injections, pre-operative clearance, and lab work. We also perform minor procedures like splinting, draining lesions, and removing lipomas and skin tags.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) helps restore hormonal balance in men and women experiencing symptoms like fatigue, mood changes, low energy, or reduced sex drive. Your provider reviews lab work, evaluates your symptoms, and builds a treatment plan specific to your body. Sparta's approach is conservative. Naomi will not over-prescribe, and if your levels are already where they should be, she'll tell you.
Peptide therapy uses targeted compounds to support your body's natural healing and regulation processes. At Sparta, peptides are used to address a range of concerns including hormone support, autoimmune conditions, and recovery from long COVID. Your provider determines whether peptide therapy is appropriate based on your bloodwork and health history.
Yes. Sparta offers neurotoxin injectable treatments for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes. Your provider will walk you through what to expect, how the treatment works, and whether you're a good candidate during your consultation.
Yes. If you need medical clearance before a scheduled surgery, Sparta can handle that evaluation and documentation.
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. It's a regenerative treatment where a small sample of your own blood is drawn, processed to concentrate the healing platelets, and injected into a damaged joint. PRP is commonly used for knee, shoulder, hip, elbow, ankle, and wrist pain. Results vary by patient, but many experience significant relief that can last one to three years or longer. PRP works best when there is still healing capacity in the joint. Complete tears or total cartilage loss may not respond to this treatment.
Sparta's weight loss program is managed by a licensed medical provider who monitors your health throughout the process. Treatment may include FDA-recommended medications such as GLP-1 prescriptions from approved compounding pharmacies, combined with lab work and regular health consultations. This is not a fad diet. It's a clinical program built around your body, your labs, and your goals.
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into your bloodstream for faster absorption than oral supplements. Sparta's IV infusions are administered and monitored by a licensed provider. Your B12 and other levels are tracked during the process to make sure the therapy is working the way it should.
Yes. Sparta partners with a lab that picks up samples daily, and results are typically returned within a few days. Labs are a core part of how we evaluate your health and guide treatment decisions.
Yes. School physicals are available for $25.
About the Clinic
Yes. Sparta functions as a primary care clinic. You can establish Naomi Kramer, FNP, as your regular provider and manage your ongoing health through our office. We handle everything from blood pressure management and routine check-ups to chronic condition monitoring and lab work.
Yes. Sparta treats patients of all ages, including children and infants.
Yes. Sparta Wellness Clinic is a faith-based practice. Faith, clinical excellence, and genuine compassion are all part of how this clinic operates. That said, every patient is welcome here regardless of background or belief.
Sparta combines the scope of a larger medical practice with the personal attention of a family-run clinic. Your provider knows your name, reviews your labs personally, and builds your care plan around your specific body, not a template. The cash-pay model keeps pricing transparent. The clinical experience behind the practice, including 22 years and a strong cardiac care background, means the medicine isn't limited by the zip code.
Sparta is an urgent care clinic, not an emergency room. We handle acute issues like cuts, chest pain evaluation (we have an EKG machine on-site), sprains, infections, and similar concerns. For life-threatening emergencies like a broken leg, severe trauma, or signs of a stroke, go directly to an emergency room.
Yes. Sparta sees all children regardless of vaccination status. Many pediatricians in this area will drop a family if they decline even one vaccine. Sparta won't. Naomi will share her clinical recommendations, but care does not depend on the family's decision. We want to treat whole families.
Naomi Kramer, FNP, is the lead provider. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of clinical experience, including significant time in cardiac care. Dr. Myiesha Taylor serves as the supervising physician, providing board-level clinical oversight across the practice. Shawn Kramer is the Practice Manager.
