We also partner with a lab that returns results in days, not weeks. Bloodwork, urinalysis, and other diagnostic labs can be ordered during your visit and processed quickly so your provider can follow up with a treatment plan while the issue is still fresh.
Urgent Care Telehealth Visits
Not every situation requires an in-person visit. Sparta Wellness Clinic offers telehealth appointments for patients anywhere in Texas who need same-day medical guidance from a qualified provider.
Telehealth works well for conditions like cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, UTIs, skin rashes, minor allergic reactions, medication questions, and follow-up consultations after an in-person visit. If your provider determines during the video call that you need to come in for a physical exam or diagnostic testing, we’ll get you scheduled right away.

We also accept most forms of insurance. If you have coverage, bring your card and we’ll help you understand what’s covered before treatment begins. But even without insurance, our prices are often less than the copay at a traditional walk-in clinic or ER.

What to Expect During Your Urgent Care Visit

Walk in during clinic hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) or call ahead at (903) 527-9055. You don’t need an appointment, but calling lets us know you’re on the way and can reduce your wait time.
Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. If you’re paying cash, that’s perfectly fine. We’ll give you the price upfront before any treatment starts.
Once you’re checked in, Naomi will evaluate your condition, run any diagnostics needed on-site (labs, EKG, wound assessment), and walk you through your treatment options. Most visits are completed in a single appointment. If follow-up care is needed, we’ll schedule it before you leave.
