Supervising Physician
Dr. Myiesha Taylor is a board-certified physician with over 20 years of clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, functional medicine, and integrative care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine and holds a PhD in Bioenergetic Medicine.
She is double board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and holds additional board certification in integrative medicine through the American Council of Holistic Medicine. She is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and a Fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.
At Sparta, Dr. Taylor serves as supervising physician, providing clinical oversight across the practice. Her background in emergency medicine and root-cause functional care aligns with how Sparta approaches patient health: treat what’s actually going on, not just the surface symptoms.
