Naomi Kramer

Naomi Kramer is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 22 years of healthcare experience, most of it in high-acuity settings. Before earning her MSN from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2020, she spent over 15 years as a registered nurse across the Cardiac Cath Lab, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Medicine, including time as a Nurse Manager.
That clinical background is the reason Sparta exists. Naomi has seen what thorough, attentive care can do, and she built this practice to make that kind of care available to the community around Caddo Mills.
She now specializes in primary and urgent care, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, chronic pain management, functional medicine, neurotoxin treatments, and medically managed weight loss. She doesn’t rush appointments, doesn’t prescribe more than a patient needs, and doesn’t recommend treatments she doesn’t stand behind.
