At Sparta Wellness Clinic, we’re proud to provide compassionate, comprehensive primary and urgent care services for the whole family. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, need a same-day sick visit, or just want a wellness checkup, our experienced nurse practitioner is here to help. We welcome walk-ins for urgent needs, and for added convenience, we also offer telehealth visits so you can get care from the comfort of your home.

We keep our services affordable and transparent. New patient visits are $125 and returning visits are $99. For students, we offer affordable school physicals at $35, or $20 for Caddo Mills ISD students. Whether you’re here for preventive care or feeling under the weather, our goal is to provide reliable, family-focused healthcare in a welcoming environment.
